    For the past couple of weeks I've reduced my calorie intacke to 1500/day. Used Jenny Craig before and had great results, but hell that gets expensive. Any tips or tricks of the trade that may help me as far as the dieting portion? Should I try Hoodia? Tea? WHAT???? Help me I am 22 now and its getting harder to do. By the way, I have 30 lbs to loose.

    FInd a nutritionist and a personal trainer. Most personal trainers can guide you through proper eating habits and help you make your workouts more effective. 90% of people who work out do it ineffectively and thus fail to achieve the result they want.

    Okay
    The main thing is MOTIVATION for losing weight
    If you have no motivation throughout your dieting plan then you WILL not exceed
    Exercise everyday in the gym with weightlifting and use the concept of 4 sets of 15 reps with low weight
    Workout for like an hour at least
    After this get some sweats on and run about 3-6 miles vary them between days
    Do all of this 6 days a week with 1 day of rest
    Make sure to diet and eat plenty of fruits and vegetables
    Remember that muscle weighs more than fat and it may seem like you're not losing weight but truth may be that you're losing fat and gaining muscle so you should check your body fat % to see if it's going down or not

    Try a water or juice fast for a few days to jumstart you diet. And it's great that you joined a gym, exercise always helps weight loss. Along with exercise I would sugest Green Tea Pills, 10 cups of water a day, vitmins that increase weight loss (such as a B-complex, 1800 mg. of Fish Oil, Coenzyme Q-10, and others. Do your research), and a vegan diet. I hope I've helped. Good luck with that 30 pounds!

    As you would know its cutting down the calories at the end of the day. I found hoodia very effective to suppress my appetite. My problem is always that I get hungry especially when I exercise so I eat and in the end the effort to exercise is wasted.
    Hoodia was able to help me lose 10 pounds after a month with not much effort. I stopped eating my desserts after a while and even during meal times I didn't feel hungry.
