    I take 2 diet pills in the morning with breakfast like a bagle or cerial and at work I eat crackers or salad or a sandwich, but i have not noticed any weight loss... I just stay the same!! what can I do?? HELP I am 220 I should be 140 I need serious help. My blood pressure is always high and so is my heart rate. I try to swim or walk atleast twice a week but still nothing. I do kinda....well I do splurge at night. Is that what the problem is? I'm 21 years old and I want to be able to go to the beach and wear a bathing suit by the end of summer!! Please give me some ideas. PLEASE!!

    what pills are you taking? that help us better answer your question? why are you eating bagels? one bagel is equal to eating 5 slices of bread. it sounds like your diet is the problem, not the pills. you have to have balanced meals. 50% protien 40% carbs and 10% fat. do not eat after 8 pm. drink only water. you should lower your calories to 2000 a day. divide that into 5-6 small meals spread out in the day.

    1200-1400 calories a day. Dont starve yourself! Dont depend on diet pills. If you are going to take them...most IF NOT ALL state that you will lose weight WITH PROPER DIET AND EXERCISE. You need lots of fiber and protein in your diet. Some carbs are good for energy but too much carbs will do you no good.

    the point is to exercise every day for at least an hour,not eat less.

    When you eat at night your body stores everything. Therefore if you are eating sugar etc. it turns to fat. Don't eat past 8pm and when you have your last snack it needs to be carb free. Try fruits or vegs.Exercise more and stop taking the diet pills and you should be ok. Good luck!

    First thing wrong is the pills....throw them away. Eat more balanced, small meals 4-5 times daily. (ie: oatmeal for breakfast, fresh fruit mid-morning, salad for lunch, fresh crunchy veggies mid afternoon, then a healthy dinner) Kill the "splurging" in the evening. It will ruin you every time. Exercise more than twice a week, brisk walking is the best for you, not high impact, and you don't need alot of expensive gear. Try 10 minutes every night to start, then gradually increase the time as you start to get more energy. (which will happen as you exersise more.) The most realistic expectation for weight loss is 1 lb per week. If you go on an extreme diet, and lose weight too fast, when you stop dieting and revert back to your old habits the weight will just come back. You need to change your lifestyle, which is unfortunately the hardest part.
