2007-07-01 23:49:59i have 2 kids and am overweight now. i have lost 15 pounds in about 3 months or so but i still have 25 more to go to be at my pre pregnancy weight. i love to eat so i am looking for some good snacks that quench hunger but ones i can eat a lot of. i have come to love watermelon and fat free jello. but i need more advice on how to make my goals come true i want to lose 10 pounds every 2 months wich isnt a lot for the time frame please if anyone has any great ideas on healthy eating tips please let me know i eat chicken and beef and pork for meats. i am in turkey so my sources are limited on things. thanks lisa
