I need a diet plan, a cheap one, I don't want to spend 400 dollars a month on a weight loss meal plan. my biggest problem is not being full so I eat more. i just need to lose about 20 pounds and i'll be the sexy man beast I was 3 years ago lol.

The best thing to do would be to go to walmart (or your grocery store of choice) and buy either pre cooked microwave chicken or raw chicken and cook it and freeze it and then microwave it when you want to eat it and make meals out of that. Fish is good too, Tuna is very cheap like 45- 50 cents a can. Buy fruits and veggies... I might also recommend getting a costco or sams membership and buy fruit and veggies in bulk to save you money. Fibrous fruits and veggies will fill you up as will more protein. Green veggies are great (broccoli, celery, dark green lettuce, spinach, etc.) Good fruits that are low gi are apples, oranges, pineapple, bananas. As far as meat, I eat extremely lean ground beef, cook it and freeze it for until I am ready for it then I eat it plain. You can make grilled chicken salads out of you chicken and you can make fish salads too. Tuna salad not the sandwhich spread kind, but tuna on lettuce, is actually pretty good. I hope this helps
There is no need to buy an expensive meal plan like nutrisystem or jenny, etc. I buy food at the grocery store and I spend maybe 250 a month on food, but I also eat alot haha...
