    Hi, i'm just wondering what HEALHTY foods are good for loosing weight healthily.
    Is Pasta good???
    Please try and include as many foods as possible as i'm quite a fussy eater.
    I'm not overweight although i'd like to loose a few pounds healthily over a few months.

    I've noticed that pasta is one of the most fattening yet healthy foods out there. I've also noticed that milk, yes milk and all milk products including ice cream can actually help you lose weight when consumed in moderation due to the fact that dairy is high in calcium and vit D which in turn can help boost your metabolism. Stay away from all fat free products and try to incorporate as much fruit, vegetables and whole grains including brown rice in your daily diet.
