2008-08-08 02:51:38ive though of a plan and with all my information i have gathered i want to loose 2kg a week but all this is going to be healthy and heaps healthy. if i keep to 1 portion of red meat a week and stick to vegetables,fish and chicken for dinners ill get my proteins and all the good stuff. i might also have like rice or a little bit of pasta. I will be having about 1 glass of milk aday for calcium. and will not be eating fatty foods or any if i can help it. i also am doing exercise such as:
boxing training 3 times a week about 35-45 minutes of workout the other 15 minutes are like relaxation and breathers.ill also walk my dog a few times a week if i can. I also read you loose alot of calories from sleeping and breathing. you recon i can loose the 2kg? possibly more?
any suggestions also. (o i am also going to do 40 hour fammon)

2008-08-08 02:57:28dude do this no bread diet works like a charm eat all the hamburgers u want and no carbs either sooo it may help i dunno difrent people difrent diets.
