2008-07-17 13:43:35Im looking for some kind of drink, that is healthy and will help you lose weight.
I used to Ultra Green Tea, however it was about 80 dollars a month, which is too costly for me.
Please let me know, if you no anything healthy and that does the trick.

2008-07-17 13:49:35Make your own smoothies. Fruits and veggies kind. They are low fat, because you are using your own blend, and healthier because you know what's going into them.
What I do is:
2 oranges
4apples pink ladies are my fav.
a bunch of strawberries or other types
Two cups of water
sometimes a banana only if you like.
This makes enough for me to last two shakes in the morning for breakfast, one shake in the afternoon, then I eat a homemade meal when I get home for supper. I've lost 10lbs in 6 months. I'm not an exersizer, except for the walks that I take my dog on.

2008-07-17 13:56:44I've been on and off crazy weight loss programs since I was 13 years old, I nearly killed myself a few days short of my 15th birthday by overdosing on a combo dexatrim, acutrim and various other diet suppliments - I never lost any wieght & worse -- fifteen years later, I still suffer from horrible dizzy spells & light headedness thanks to these diet things. I finally did lose the weight in my early 20s - simply by retraining my own mind - I forced myself to stay away from all the sweets & fattening food that I adored, it took nearly a year, but I lost 60 pounds. Now of course I do eat my favorite fattening goodies, but I eat them in moderation. Its hard but learning to control your cravings is the best and safest way to lose & keep off excess weight.
