    Start moving! The answer to loosing weight is to burn more calories than you consume, Eat smarter,eat 5-6 small meals a day, 5-7 servings of fruit and veggies a day. And do at least 30 minutes of cardio a day, like walking(the best thing for you!),and 2-3 days weight training.

    I have a food coach. Every morning, I call her with my meal plan for the day. I tell her what foods I am going to eat, including weights and measure of the food. When necessary, she gently guides me to make different chioces. And I write it down so I can stick to it, one day at a time.
    This works for me because it takes the emotion out of my eating. Also, I have lost the ability to know what a proper portion is after years of going to restaurants to dine. So I need to weigh and measure everything.
    Exercise help a lot!! Cardiovascular exercise is the best for losing fat, preferably in the morning to kick start the metabolism.
    I abstain COMPLETELY from all fried foods, all flours (no bread or pasta), and all sugar (including corn syrup, honey, concentrated fruit juice, etc.).
    Finally, I give my body what it needs to prevent food cravings: I take a multivitamin every day with some extra calcium, chromium, and niacin (this helps stablize blood sugar levels to prevent cravings), and drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. Water helps keep me feeling full and helps the body get rid of the fat. Water is better than any herb, drug, or food to help in weight loss!

    I have started a diet of my own. I have lost 14 pounds in 8 days. I just eat portion sizes, and ONLY when I am hungry. I don't eat when the clock says. I have given up ALL soda and sweets/chips/junk food. I have been amazed, that I have not had any cravings, even when I walk by the bakery section. I am just so focused on finally losing weight. I also exercise by walking a LOT throughout the day. I take stairs when available. On my breaks I also just walk around. Good luck...
