2011-09-22 02:26:12 +0000Well I'm 14 and 5 foot 3 inches and 134 pounds I try too walk for an hour daily and quit eating school food and bring my own lunch. I feel that I'm really fat and ugly but my friends say I really pretty and one of my best friends told that compared to my other friends I'm beautiful. But I think all my friends are pretty~ I wish I could be skinny like my other friends. Ive never had a boyfriend and all my friends have boyfriends and I feel left out :/ do I have a healthy weight? And how can I loose more weight? And what should I do to boost my self esteem.
Btw I've had a really cute that has been staring at me since school started what should I do? I'm very shy especially when it comes to talking to guys D:

Always wear your favorite outfit on important days, and focus on the things you LIKE about yourself, like your hair, or your eyes. I'm sure you're beautiful. :)
Make sure not to hang exclusively with your friends--guys are more nervous to talk to you when you always stick in a pack. Lol but true! He probably likes you!
