    I'm a 14 year old girl, turning 15 in 3 months. I'm 5Ɔ (60 IN)
    I'm not sure how much i weigh, its between 151 - 155 lbs . When i wake up in the morning, and weigh my self i normally weigh 151 and then through out the day after i eat and everything i weigh 155 lbs before bed and random times during the day i can weigh 153 & 154 lbs
    I know it might be water weight, and i could weigh 151 just 4 lbs added on with water weight and everything. I want to know, how can i know 100 %
    I also want to lose 33 lbs, i eat 1200 - 1300 calories a day and i walk a lot ( 2 - 3 times a week )
    plus once a week i do about 15 minutes of in-home work - outs.
    I was wondering how long would it take for me to lose 33 lbs on this rate.
    & Does anyone have any good work outs for me to try out?
    I have lost 5 lbs in 1-2.5 months doing this because i used to weigh 160.
