6 months ago i struggled with anorexia and bulimia/ binging and i fixed that and now i have gained a lot of weight now i weigh 125 and im 5 foot 1 inch and i want to lose weight but i don't want to be anorexic....any solutions to losing weight?

For someone of your height, you are a healthy weight.
You might want to be concerned about building muscle. Or, some of that weight could be muscle. Weight in itself is not the determining factor in how healthy you are.
I work at a women's gym and have studied Body Mass Index charts. 125 is a healthy weight for someone of your height.

This may sound gross, but you should eat alot of veggies(stir fried, blech, it is extremly healthy though), fruit, and drink tea. Stay away from pop. Excercise daily for an hour only.
Don't go overboard and fall back into old habbits.

you don't need to lose weight!! You are a very healthy weight, so if you do choose to, drop only about 10 pounds max.
Here is what to do:
-get at least 1hr. exercise daily (take one day off a week)
-eat lean meat, whole grain breads, fruits,veggies and make sure to get your milks too, escpecially skim milk, it has lots of protein which provides energy.
-when your hungry, drink water first because you could just be dehdrated and your body is tricking you.
-proportion your meals, internet can tell you how big the right servings are.
-avoid snacks with no nutrition even if they are low calorie
-snack ideas: yogurt, milk, cheese, fruit, veggies n dip, nutrition bar, almonds (trail mix is healthy but LOTs of cals!!)
-stay active, get lots of sleep and drink lots of water
-plus dont drink pop, pure sugar, empty calories

dont worry. you are currently at a healthy weight. 125 pounds at 5Ƈ" is normal. keep your mind off of your weight and live your life. you dont have weight issues, so no need to waste your time convincing yourself you do.
