Trust me, there is no progra you need to lose weight. I myself didnt use a 'weight program" and lost 35 pounds! All you need to do is:
1. Cut out all junk food
2. excersise by running for 40-60 minutes about 5-7 times a day
3. Dont give into temptation
If your parents take you to mcdonalds, get yourself a grilled salal, those are practically the only healthy things there.

this answer is only if you like to exersize you can lose weight if u do sit upps and run get into ballet or gymnastics u will notice that u lose weight im in gymnastics and have lost like 5 lbs in a month it really works

Eat 4-6 small meals a day, no snacking.
Excercise.
It's all about burning more than you take in. Plus excercise can make you feel healthier and get you motivated.

Try to make your self drink lots and lots of water everyday, I find that it will help flush out fat. I know this may seem hard but try to stay away from as much sugars as posible! like cakes and candys. I guarentee that you will see some results in just a few weeks! eat lots of saleds and fruit. And its also good to go for a walk and get some air!

What's with all this dieting anyways. I don't really need to lose that much weight but I decided I wanted to be more fit, so I just stopped drinking a lot of coke and eating junk food + just did some daily exercises (15 min). I did go to the gym but only like max 2 times a week. My point is it's pretty simple to lose weight just stop eating a lot of fatty foods(you don't need to eliminate them totally), get ya butt of the couch once in a while, stop waiting for the bus walk to the next bus stop in the meantime.. and maybe convince yourself that you need to get serious. I lost 5 kg in 5 months .. 82 to 77. I know it's not a fast way of doing it but sometimes the quick fix ain't always the best thing. Losing weight ain't rocket science :)

Well, to be honest, I lost 35 pounds in 4 months, and here's what I did:
Breakfast: Yogurt with granola or a Slim Fast Shake
Lunch: Salad with vinegar dressing and sliced meat and cheese
Snack: Yogurt with granola
Dinner: A small amount of pasta, veggies
Dessert: fat free jello or pudding cup
I would run and jog on the weekends, since I work an office job during the week where I sit down all day. I went from 180 pounds to 145...

I personally feel you should take up a sport you really like and know that you will enjoy.
End of the day your only 14 year old. You could do anything to loose weight it's easy for a youngster.
Like join the football team or play rounder's. Have dancing lessons to make it more fun. Go cycling on weekends or after school if you have no home work. Or take up swimming another great way to loose inches.
Play with a skiping rope with neighbour hood friends. Fab way to loose pounds. Or go running with your pet dog in the park has a family encourage one another to stay fit and health.
Always eat your 5 fruit and veg a day, and take a bottle of water with you when you do any kind of activity. Water gives you energy and will help you perform better in your excercises.
Plus while you are sweating all the bad toxins in the body will release on the surface. Make sure you have a good scrub when your done!
One more thing make sure you have a good full breakfast & a good lunch just like a King. Must be healthy at all times.
Any thing after 5.00pm you must turn it to a healthy snack like fruits or pots of yogurt. Eat baked & boil or steamed foods more and try cutting out fry foods.
Pots of yogurts help you loose weight. Children yogurts please no adult diet yogurts.
Cut out junk food please..
Only reward yourself once in a while i.e after 3 weeks. That way you will see the results and progress you have already made to make you understand why you dont have it as often as you used to.

Instead of 3 large meals, try about 6 smaller meals, therefore your body can digest more. Also try to get atleast 60 minutes of exercise a day, in order to loose weight, don't work out too intense, and in order to gain muscle weight, work hardcore.
