Desperately want to lose 50 pounds before next Christmas any good ideas??

I lost 35 pounds during the holidays. I believe you can lose 50 buy Christmas. I have kept y weight off for two years. It has been great. I lost my weight with Herbalife. Great nutrition is one of the main factors for losing weight. I will leave you the site below for reference.

There is a Collagen supplement that you pu in liquid and drink before bed. It works awesome. As for the person who thinks you eat donuts all that time, I just think you would like to lose weight, and that butt head dont know anything about you. So dont let them get you down.
Also stuff with Hoodia in it works real well. There is a Hoodia South African pill you can buy from walmart. Always remember to drink plenty of water with weight loss pills.

No, Just have to do it on your own... Eat smaller portions, Instead of pop, drink alots of water, Eat more fruits and veggies, exercise, cut down on sweets

#1. Be sure you are buying pure Hoodia...look for the import certificate on the website. No matter the price, if they do not display this, you really do NOT know what you are getting!
#2. Be sure it is 100% Hoodia & not mixed w/other herbs, etc.!!
#3. Keep in mind it stops your hunger pangs???you MUST remember to break your habit to always eat at certain times.
#4. Drink a full 8oz. glass of water with it!
