    Here is the math and why you won't realistically accomplish your goal:
    You need to create a 52,500 calorie deficit over the next two weeks. If run a marathon EVERY single day for two weeks, you will burn almost exactly that. That's right, 26 miles of running every day. It isn't realistic, so lets see what your body can burn all by itself:
    Assuming you weigh 200 pounds and foolishly assuming that eating NOTHING won't affect your body chemistry and slow its metabolism, you could burn 28000 calories or 8 pounds of fat by starving. That would reduce you to daily half-marathons.
    Or to move on to the extremely absurd:
    Your body will burn energy heating up the ice-cold water you drink. If you can consume 375 gallons of freezing water without dying, you will burn those calories.
    Just make a healthy lifestyle change and let the weight come off slowly

    You have to burn 3500 calories to loose 1 lb of fat, it is possible, first find out what your BMR is, if its lower than 2000, its impossible, assuming its higher if you keep you diet regimen to under 1500 calories/day, eat almost zero fat (you better get a good CLA supplement if you do that), completely cut starchy foods, workout 4-5 hours a day, get 35 grams of fiber/day, eat 75-200 grams of protein (depends on how much you weigh) and your good. May I add, you'll loose mostly water weight, and once you start eating again you will gain most of it back. Goodluck!

    The healthy way to lose the weight is to eat about 6 times a day, workout, and for that extra edge since your trying to lose so much weight is to take a diet pill on top of that. Eat a lot of fruits and veggies, and snack on them in-between meals so u dont get the craving to overstuff during any meals. The biggest thing is drink A LOT of water. Water helps clean out the system and will also fill you up. When at the gym do mostly a cardio workout, with a little bit of light weight lifting. I started doing this september, and in about 7 months i lost 60 pounds. Im a guy so i do heavy weight lifting, so the weight should drop off if your a girl a little bit quicker. Its possible to lose a lot of weight, people are just extremely lazy now-a-days.

    You have to come up with some type of a reward system, this will help keep you motivated. One of the best things to do is make a contingency contract. Stating what you want to do, who will help you do it, and what do you get for doing it.
    Then also try to find a well balance diet program. My friend did this one diet program where the average weight lose is 7 pounds in 9 days. It might be the thing you are looking for, I know it's well balanced. If you want e-mail me and I can tell you more about either of these.

    i advise you to drink green tea 1-3 glasses per day
    green tea speeds up your metabolism
    drink lots and lots of water 8 glasses each day.
    do not snack
    do not eat 6 meals a day, try to only eat 3
    if you are really hungry and you've had all your daily meals snack on fruits ( oranges, apples, bananas )
    exercise more try and run for at least 30 minutes a day
    get more active
    get more sleep it prepares your body
    stretch, yes it works and it doesn't just help you lose weight it helps with you're growing to make you a little taller
    count your calories try to stay under the amount of 1300 calories per day
    change you're lifestyle it makes a difference
    do not eat candy or chips eat more greens or protein bars
    avoid fast food and cut out fried food when you cook your meal oven cook your food do not fry it
    chew gum because when you chew gum you do not pick at food for example if theres some chips in you're cupboard you go to them a think good damn they look good then you would say no i cant pick at them because i dont wanna throw my gum away
    do not eat after 6pm because before 6pm you can burn all you're food off and if you eat after six it will lay on you're stomach as you eat.
    do not eat before you go to sleep
    drink a glass of water before you go to sleep
    eat spicy food, if you can because it speeds up you're metabolism
    do not weigh you're self everyday because it torments you,weight you're self once a week ( every Monday )

    No matter what anyone may tell to lose that much weight in two weeks is unhealthy. Exercise and cut back on what you eat. But don't starve your self. It could cause health problems later.
    Use common sense,a little at a time in weight lost is healthy, to much lost in weight over a short time can make you sick.

    you can loose it. don't listen to the others. But it really depends on how fat you are. Like, I used to be really fat and lost 15lbs in one week, but I was pretty much fasting. You have to do a 1000 calorie diet and work out for at least 30 each day (sometimes twice a day). It's very hard to do, but doable....Good Luck and stick to it.

    Ask yourself this..do you really think you can lose 7.5 pounds a week? Even starving yourself won't, and the weight you lose will be mostly water and muscle.

    I am on a pretty strict 1,000-1,200 cal diet and lost 7 pounds in a little less then two weeks.
