    Any tips on how to identify it? I dont drink sodas or eat fast food, yet I should still lose some weight. How do I identify what Im doing wrong all the time?

    Wow...this is a difficult question to answer because it's sort of general and vague...and every person is different when it comes to weight and weight loss.
    I have to preface my answer by stating that I'm not an expert at weight loss, but I know what's worked for me.
    Sometimes...if you're on a particular diet that's working for you...you can lose a lot of weight...and then "plateau" at a point where you can't lose anymore. This happens a lot and usually means that you have to change something up in your diet.
    Also, it's important to remember that it's not always what you AREN'T eating...but also what you ARE eating...and HOW you're eating it.
    For instance...it's so important to eat healthy food regularly. By regularly...I mean like 5-6 times a day. Small meals. And it helps to keep carb intake limited to the mornings to early afternoon (around 3:00). I try to stay away from carbs after 2 or 3 in the afternoon because the earlier I eat carbs...the more likely the carbs will be used for what they are intended to be used for - ENERGY. Stick to proteins later in the day (after 2 or 3) and try not to eat anything after 6:00 or 7:00.
    Also...if you're going to eat carbs...stick to whole grains...wheat.
    Drink lots and lots of water...and try to incorporate SOME type of activity on a daily basis (whether it's walking, dancing, working out, whatever...)
    In general...if you burn more calories than you ingest...you are likely to lose weight.

    if you follow these measures strictly you wont go wrong in anyway-
    1. dont bank on the words 'fast','easy','simple' & 'quick'....to stay safe,you shoudnt lose beyond 3 pounds of fat per week
    2. start brisk walking 40-60mins a day...get a dog or 2 if you find your walking routine boring..or if you are at a gym,experiment all forms of
    cardio available and stick to all that you like
    3. drink only water,100% natural/fresh fruit/veggie juices,lowfat milk and lots of green tea
    4. severely limit carbs n fat but eat lean proteins and veggies very well..make sure you eat a good breakfast!foods generally that aid fat loss-
    fruits,oatmeal,milk,raw nuts,fish,beans,veggies, small chunks of dark chocolate and herbal teas.
    5. do adequate amounts of pilates/yoga/strength training to get the best from your cardio,make slight adjustments to your workout routines
    every 2 or 3 weeks to avoid plateaus
    6. be smart when eating out or at events/functions(such as preparing your own meal & eating in advance)
    7. dont trust myths like "no food after 7pm"...you have to stay nourished to lose fat,..the best you can do if you are scared to eat is perhaps
    drink a glass of ice chocolate lowfat milk mixed with a tsp of instant softened oatmeal...

    8. Always push yourself n never give up!but get enough rest too...Stay focused on your goal and God bless you...

    Dont drink sodas or eat fast food alone will not make you lose weight.
    There are many factors you need to consider...
    1) Do you drink at least 8 cups of water a day?
    2) Do you stop eating trying to lose weight.
    When you stop eating your metabolism will slow down because it sense that you do not have enough food. But when you start to eat, your blood sugar will jump sky high. Your metabolism will then store the extra blood sugar as fats.
    You will gain back the weight that you have loss.
    Find out how metabolism and calories work and you will lose weight easily...

    If you want to lose weight I am going to tell you best weight loss program. I will tell you what a weight loss program should include. A real weight loss program should not promise fast or rapid weight loss. As rapid weight loss programs never give long lasting results. So prepare your mind if you want to have a success in your weight loss program. The real weight loss program will never be fast you have to be patient as losing weight is a slow process.
