    i really really want to loose weight! mainly in my stomach ! what is the BEST WAY of doing that?? my back get sore when i do sit ups? and every time i make a plan to do a routine every night i do it once and never do it again? please help me i really want to loose weight!! i get so upset looking in the mirror im not over weight im just so uncomfortable and sick of having to sit covering my stomach please help how can i just stick to my plan everynight? i always regret it a month later! but never keep doing it i just want to loose weight?
    also if i starved my self? i woodnt but how many days would it take to loose my stomach? like say.....5 kilos? please help me?

    Do Yoga-exercises, pranayam, Ling Mudra, if possible skipping & swimming.
    Lie down on the back, take the stretched legs behind to touch the ground stay 1 minute x 3 times.
    Sit with stretched legs, bend forward, touch the toes with the finger-tips, bend still further till you reach the positions, try to touch the knees,with the forehead.
    Lie on the stomach, pull the hands below the whoulder. Raise your head and the trunk from the front till you come to the position.
    It will be fruitful for your weight & back-ache problems .

    You can't target your weight loss to certain ares. You can build the muscle up under your stomach though. Sit - ups are bad for the back...but cruches are great for your core. Just concentrate on building a strong core. As far as sticking to a routine...try small rewards for when you finish ( not food ) like a cool new outfit after a weeks worth of sticking to it. My favorite is a massage or pedicure. Good Luck.

    You cannot target fat loss, like you would target train a muscle to make it stronger. The only way to lose your stomach is to eat right and exercise. There is no overnight answer. Educate yourself about how to eat right and the proper way to exercise. Sit-ups are not really that good for you, as you've found out. Join a gym, maybe schedule a few sessions with a personal trainer and a dietician if they have one.

    Forget the sit-ups...Water, water...lots of water! Yes, you will need some kind of cardio to burn the fat so if you don't like to run, then take long walks.....I keep my weight off by following those few simple rules PLUS the #1 rule of not eating before bed....I do not eat anything unless it's fruit or a popsicle after 7:00 at night....
