It sounds to me that you are on the right track. I have lost 78 pounds myself and have never felt better. I started eating 6 small meals a day always combining a protein with a carb at every meal and adding vegetables to 2 meals a day. Try going on the Body for Life website it will give you great insight! As far as exercise, I think it is a personal choice. As long as you are doing something you enjoy you will stick with it. I now have an addiction to running!!!!

Sounds pretty good and as far as the equipment. go try them out they both have benefits and it just depends on which one you would use more so you stay with it. If you know someone who has a health club membership ask them if you can go with them as a guest to try them out

    Good plan!
Rememnber that your lunch and dinner have to smaller than what you eat now. Taper the food - eat the biggest meal for breakfast and the smallest for dinner. Also reduce the carbs as the day progresses. It is also better to consume fruit in the first half of the day and stick to protein and complex carbs for the evening.
Treadmill vs. Elliptical is a personal choice. I personally go at a gym and alternate, but I like running more

That sounds a lot like the weight loss plan I went on called the Abs Diet. I lost about 12 pounds a month and never felt healthier. Good luck!! Small meals and exercise are the way to go. That will definitely work.

you could go to like e diets or something like that online and they will make you a schedule for exercise and for what you should eat. theyll keep up with you and youll get a plan for how much should lose in what time period and stuff liek that. as far as this it sounds good but i dont know how much you would lose. it really depends on your body. maybe between 10 and 15 lbs. and i wouldnt buy a machine, get out and do it the old fashioned way.
