    im going to stick to this diet for a while, HOW MUCH weight do u think i will lose? and how SOON? right now i weigh 124 and i want to weigh 119 to 120, im female 15 years old and 5 foot 8 inches, in other words if i stick to this diet and keep on excercising, how long until i reach my goal weight?
    Breakfast (9:00 to 9:30): toasted bread with peanut butter
    Lunch (1:30 to 2:30): 2 or 3 eggs with veggies and hot sauce
    Dinner (5:40 to 6:30): whole tuna sandwich and veggies
    NO EATING AFTER 7!!!! SMALL GLASS OF ORANGE JUICE IF NEEDED
    Snacks: 1 serving of fruit
    Drinks: Water, Orange juice, Tea
    I ALSO DO A 4 MILE BRISK WALK AND A THIGHS OF STEEL VIDEO 5 TIMES A WEEK, IM DESPREATE TO GET RID OF THOSE UGLY SADDLE BAGS

    Um What.. Your not fat!!! what the heck!! just eat healthy!! and exercise youll keep your normal weight. You need to understand that not everyones weight will not be 119. If your 124 and 15 then girl your good. I was 130 at 15. Just exercise alot and eat healthy. Your not fat
