i have a few tae bo tapes that i want to start loosing..i want to lose weight, but when i dont see results soon i start to get un motivated..but i have read about tae bo and it says some people lost like 10 pounds in the first week useing it....can you really lose that much on taebo? becouse i want to lose about 30 pounds.

You'll lose 3-4 pounds a week probably if you've never exercised before consistently. BUT that's only if you eat a low-cal diet as well.
