Ask:How good is this plan for weight loss
2008-04-28 21:23:52I already walk an hour in total going to work / coming home i've also added 15 minutes of running in the morning before my shower and 15 minutes before I go to bed. Nothing is really happening so I have decided to work on my diet alot. From what i understand here it is keeping your metabolism high and burning more calories than you take in. I work in a grocery store so i have an advantage here for breaks in whatnot. Anyways the question is what if i bought an apple on breaks and a bottle of water, and that would be what i would eat the majority of the day. Lets say in a day i consume 6 bottles of water, 6 apples and maybe a sandwhich... this would add up to maybe 750 calories. Would this work good and be healthy? would it be successful for weight loss?

2008-04-28 21:34:34I don't think so. going on a diet is not good for your health.You must have some vegetables and proteide food .Only apples won't supply all the nutrition you need.
