2008-06-06 12:18:34The best and most natural way to drop excess poundage
effortlessly, with no drugs or exercise, is to abandon your
cultural diet and move toward the natural diet for our species.
The human species is a frugivorous ape, with a genetic
distance of only a mere 1.6% different than our closest
genetic cousin, the chimp. Obviously, this difference is
mostly concerned with physical appearance, certainly not
digestive biochemistry.

Thus, humans should consume mostly juicy, undried fruits and
occasional vegetables. like the chimp.
