Also, if you have a sedentary lifestyle, take that into account, (less) and if you are very active (more) An ideal deficit for good weight loss would be cutting about 500 calories per day, you could probably expect a 2 lb wight loss per week. Snack on fruit.
Take coffee and tea without sugar or with sweeteners.
Take one (maximum two) meal(s) a day of fried rice. The meal should be 100 grams of uncooked long grain rice plus a sauce made of olive oil, margarine, garlic, chillies and spices plus one onion.
If you get ravenous every couple of days have an extra meal of porridge.
This should do the trick with or without exercise.
