2007-07-18 07:27:47i absically only drink water. you figure it like this. if you are claorie counting then lets say you decide only to take in 1000 calories a day. you drink an ice tea which may have like 200 calories in it. so you have to eat less to keep up with the diet. water has no calories in it so you can drink as much as you want and not gain anything. it helps keep you hyradted to exorcise better to, plus you burn more fat. i drink lik 6 20 ounce bottles a day. im on the same type of diet and i have been doing it for 2 weeks now. i have noticed that my pants are fitting looser now. good luck!

I buy those crystal light packets to go in them, strawberry is awesome.
Once you start drinking water, your body will crave for it. It will want more.
Dont drink large quanities at a time though.
And dont just drink for weight loss.
Water has no calories, and is good for your skin!
