I DON'T need advice regarding the bad side affects of this drug as I am fully aware of the pros and cons.......all I need to know is if it is worth it.

Hi. I've lost 13 lbs in 7 weeks. It's slow but it's coming off. I've had no side effects whatsoever as I've followed a low fat diet as advised my Doctor. It works. Simple.

I do not think xenical is among the most effective weight loss pills. For me acomplia has been the best. Phentermine also showed good results, but i started to get addicted and it had way too nasty side effects.
happy not to have any sides with acomplia so far.
I am losing a pound or few every week.
It is very popular in UK, Germany and many other countries worldwide. Not so much in the US yet.
