The important thing to do is when you feel hunger just crave it. Reach for apples, bananas, grapes, pears, strawberries, mangos, pineapple, organges, blueberries, etc,,,, Also I love salad with Ceaser dressing. It is high in fat but some fat is good for you. You need lean meat like fish and poultry. Also drink up tons of water. Usually if you drink water you feel full and get some energy. Water will naturally speed up your metbolism. Also don't forget to take a supplement like a vitamin and I love Sweet Wheat. You can find it on ebay or on line. Search the key word. Good luck and don't give up. Weight loss should be slow so that it sticks. If you lose a ton of weight real quick then it is only water and muscle so it will come right back as fat. Trust me! I know what I'm talking about. I've read several books and I've lived the dieting storying myself for years. I'm 24 right now. I feel better now then ever. Make sure that you also start working out. Start out slow at first and then work up to it. If you do at least 12 min. in the heart training zone then you start to build up fat burning enzymes that burn fat better during the day when you're not exercing.
