No. There is no substitute for discipline and hard work. They are a temporary solution and also unhealthy. In most cases they are not regulated by the FDA. Remember a few years ago when people were taking weight loss products that contained ephedra? Do you know how many people died from ephedra? Do you know that it is now illegal in over the counter products? A healthy diet, discipline and hard work are all you need. You can do it, I have faith in you!!!

Pills don't work. Restricting your caloric intake and exercise works.

There is absolutly no reason why anyone should even consider products like Hydroxycut, Xenedrine or my favorite Thermo Dynamx unless they are already on a good diet are working out and have already whooped themselves into pretty good shape. These only assist in your goal but on their own they are not effective.

No over the counter or sold on tv diet pill works. They all say "not evaluated by the FDA" which tells you they're no good.
I am currently taking Phentermine, which works. A doctor prescribes it and monitors my health and weight. It does have side effects, is addictive, and can't be taken for more than a few months.

hydroxcut made my heart race and increased my blood pressure and relacor and the other ones made me tired all the time......i absolutely love trimspa citrus......excellent with no side effects.....but don't take after ....somewhere around 5 pm or you will be up all night
