2009-01-30 10:58:55Hiking, walking and especially the treadmill are great ways to lose weight. I incorporated the treadmill into my weight loss routine along with taking hoodia and honestly the weight started falling off. It's simple really, if you control your appetite and are eating less and you exercise more it's a great formula to drop as much weight as you desire in the areas you desire. As for food, go high protein with low carbs and fats. This is the best diet so egg whites, turkey breast, tuna in water, stuff like that will help. As far as hoodia, what I liked best about hoodia was that I didn't feel like I was dieting. It took away my hunger and I didn't feel all lightheaded and run down like can happen when you cut back caloric intake. I had plenty of energy and if I had to diet, and I did, desert burn hoodia made it as enjoyable as possible as I lost my weight. I dropped 33 pounds in two months or so and didn't even feel like i was dieting. I was so impressed that i started my own wellness site dedicated to health and nutrition. 2009-01-30 10:59:25Eating less is a good way to go because, you can keep this up as a life style instead of a quick fix. The book "The French Diet" employs this tactic. The french eat rich foods and drink a lot of wine but, most don't have weight issues. Just eat the things you like in very small portions and take your time to enjoy and appreciate them. I always find when I make my food I pay closer attention to what I'm putting in. I also do yoga which helps me to be more aware of my body and how I treat it.
