Ask:I don t feel a difference in my weight loss

Middle to late december, I was trying to watch what I ate and I ran and exercised for about an hour 4-5 times a week with a friend of mine. My schedule got busy so middle january I bought the Insanity workout dvd's. I've been doing them and I don't feel a difference in my weight. I don't own a scale so I"m not sure. but my clothes still feel the same and the person in the mirror looks exactly the same. Last time I weighed myself I was 160 and I'm five foot five inches tall. I'm getting desperate and discouraged. I've looked into laxative diets but I don't think those will work as you can only hold so much in your intestines. Idk what to do. I'm at a loss. comments would be appreciated. Thanks again.

Your cardio seems more then enough, but It could be your nutrition. I recommend eating 5 to 6 smaller meals a day. There are a ton of benefits such as distribution of protein, feeling full throughout the day and a better control over calories. I go into more depth here
