2008-12-29 09:42:31I don't know if you are strongly into being a vegan and not harming animals but that is the first problem. Without protein from meats and dairy products you aren't getting the proper nutrition that your body requires.
But if you don't plan on changing that then I suggest doing crunches, lots of crunches. And incline push ups, sit ups, and maybe go for a jog every morning. Also try different kinds of crunches like bicycle ones. Hope this helps!

2008-12-29 09:43:42You are at the low end of the healthy weight range for your height (BMI = 19.80) , and if you lost 10 pounds you would be underweight (BMI = 18.13).
If I were you I'd work on increasing fitness through exercise including ones focused on increasing muscle strength. Walking / jogging / sit-ups / press-ups / chin-ups / Pilate's / etc.
Muscle is denser than fat so don't worry about what it says on the scales.
