Ask:Where can I find a free weight loss support group

ok, i currently weigh 119lbs and am 5Ƌ but it is all fat,
i am a vegan and am aiming to lose 10lbs.
I also need simple exercises to do at home, because i dont have access to a gym or anything.
I lose 10lbs about a month or two ago and have kept it off but now, i feel huge.
can you guys give me a meal plan or links to websites that might help me?
or exercise plan to build my abs and shrink my thighs.
    Thx!

I don't know if you are strongly into being a vegan and not harming animals but that is the first problem. Without protein from meats and dairy products you aren't getting the proper nutrition that your body requires.
But if you don't plan on changing that then I suggest doing crunches, lots of crunches. And incline push ups, sit ups, and maybe go for a jog every morning. Also try different kinds of crunches like bicycle ones. Hope this helps!

You are at the low end of the healthy weight range for your height (BMI = 19.80) , and if you lost 10 pounds you would be underweight (BMI = 18.13).
If I were you I'd work on increasing fitness through exercise including ones focused on increasing muscle strength. Walking / jogging / sit-ups / press-ups / chin-ups / Pilate's / etc.
Muscle is denser than fat so don't worry about what it says on the scales.

Make sure your diet is balanced, only thing that being vegan might effect is protein intake unless you are getting enough from non-meat sources. http://www.eatwell.gov.uk/healthydiet/
