    Ok I did this kick boxing UFC type work out yesterday and I weight 202 lbs. My calorie intake is around 1400 - 1500. I woke up this morning and I weighed 204.5. I dont understand why i gained...ive got to lose 30 lbs in 7 weeks. What are some work outs you would suggest I do to aid in my goal?

    ok that is probably water weight that you have there but if you want to lose weight fast it really depends on your diet. Try the GM diet. Fast and effective but it is hard to do but it's only a week long.

    Oh don't you mind losing and gaining between 1 and 5 pounds in a day. That's just water weight. You haven't gained fat, you've just gained water.
    You won't loose weight right off the bat, it takes a few days. :) Good luck.

    Primarily i love kick boxing im interested in boxing really useful but if you continue this sport your brain will damage for a long time :(
    You should plan your life according to your needs
    You should always keep your motivation high
    Never give up
    You must believe in your success
    You should always busy in doing some thing , then you can forget your eating appetite
    Being overweight is the mother of all illnesses should be aware it of
    Not being active most important cause of obesity
    And the thing you must keep in mind that once you put on weight , then it is difficult lose it again

    Firstly never weight yourself 2 days in a row body weight can vary from a day to another due to minor things = water retention being the most common if you want to watch your weight you should weight yourself always on the SAME scale (funny thing different scales can show different things) and just once a week.
    Cardio exercises help you loose weight the most - running, spinning but without a healthy died you cannot loose try reducing to 1000-1200 calories a day (do NOT go under 1000 because you will end up getting sick on the street and fainting) and when you feel like munching go for veggies (not so much fruit because it contains lots of sugar)

    Basketball
    Anything
    But i chose to go to the Gym
