Ask:i need some help maintaining my weight loss
2009-01-29 17:53:58so i lost about 20 lbs. i ate only 1000 calories per day at the most and exercised at least 1 hour every single day. i know it was unhealthy, and i lost my period. i am worried now and i want to get back to eating normal and maintaining. so i am working my way up to 1200 calories slowly, adding about 50 calories or so every 2-3 days. how else can i maintain? like, how much exercise should i do per week? how much per day? how many days of the week? i want to tone and look lean/slim in a bikini. so am i on the right rack for maintaining? please answer all the questions! thanks!

Eating healty isn't easy becasue your real habit is eatting Badjunk food.
Well what you could do is. Eat more healty food and less calories.
I don't have to wacth my weight I have a body builder daddy who wacthes my weight Lol.

2009-01-29 17:59:01you should still exercise 1 hour a day as it is good for you. You should be on around 2000 cals a day. I would exercise 5-6 days a week, not for weight loss but for health reasons

2009-01-29 17:59:47You are on the right track to admitting you have a problem, the next step is to get into counceling. Eating disorders have a mind of their own. You need at least 1500 calories a day. Go talk to you doctor.
