2009-01-06 13:34:48i dont agree with these diet pills or colon flushers. sure, you might loose a ton of weight, but it will probably just be regained again soon after. just start eating healthy. fruits and veggies, fiber, protein, etc etc. excersice every day.. or at least 3 times a week.. by doing cardio and some strength training.

2009-01-06 13:35:09You have 5 months so you can do it. Make sure to run every day, sit ups, and depending on your capabilities lift weights but most of all make sure you eat healthy don't stop eating just healthier.

2009-01-06 13:37:42it's not going to be easy, but if you stick at it then you'll look great.
Jogging - helps a hell of a lot. Start off easy with like 30 mins jog, then when you get better maybe an hour.
stomach crunches and sit ups - amazing. Crunches - hands beind you head, elbows far apart, raise your shoulders off the floor and lift sligthly, not all the way up, and lower but don't touch your shoulders on the floor. Do 16 of those, then hold in upright position for 16 seconds and repeat once more. Hard work but it's probably one of the best.
eat healthily - BUT don't have to give up foods, the best advice - eat when you are only hungry. in otherwords don't snack. If you have yourself cereals for breakfast and lunch, don't snack, and have a nice dinner in the evening you lose a lot more weight. If you want to eat maybe a slice of cake, don't eat the whole thing, just eat until you think 'well, I'm not hungry, is there a point to eat the rest?' and leave it. You don't have to be unhappy to diet, just eat when you know you NEED to (:

diets havnt worked at all
im 16 just got my license so ive been goin to the the gym
almost everyday
running on the treadmill seems to be most affective for me but i also do a lot or reps for my arms but keep to low weights
a lot of weight will just make u gain muscle and make you bigger
