    Losing 10 pounds in a week is pretty ambitious but when I want to lose weight fast, I use the 5-4-3-2-1 diet, which you can find on the web page below. You don't need any special food--but try to make healthy choices if possible. Because you'll be cutting your calories way back, it's really important to make healthy choices. This will help keep your metabolism working correctly. Good luck!

    You really can't. If you try, you could seriously injure yourself.
    Try for a more reasonable goal of 1-2 lbs a week with something like Atkins or South Beach Diet. I believe that low carb is the way to successfully lose weight and remain healthy.
    You didn't GAIN 10 lbs a week, I'm sure, so losing 10 lbs in a week is also not realistic. Desperation is the beginning of all sorts of health problems. Trust me, I know.
    Exercise isn't always everyone's cup of tea, but you need to move some and walking (even if it's at the mall for the afternoon or a zoo or something) is going to help you a lot. Swimming this time of year may be a good option for you too. I hope you find something healthy that works for you.

    i can tell you right now, after working for along time in a gym, you can lose 10lbs in a week (unhealthy) and feel good temporarily but i tell you what... all that weight will come right back plus some... i know its hard to hear and accept but you ARE going to have to take your time at it with good food and excercise to lose it and KEEP IT OFF... You dont have to go to a gym, just walk for an hour a night in your neighborhood. your body has to burn 3500 calories to lose 1 lb of fat... you burn about 600 calories in one hour of walking. do that 6 nights a week (walking is easier on your body) and you may lose a lb a week... Exercise AND eat better and you can healthly lose MORE a week...
    This is what i eat... im 5Ǝ'' and 115lbs 22yrs
    7am - small bowl of cereal with fat free milk
    9:30 -some fruit (banana/orange/apple)
    12pm -turkey with lettuce and mustard in a
    whole grain wrap
    2:30 -veggies (carrots/celery/broccoli)
    5:30 -dinner (roasted veggies with a talapia
    fillet)
    I dont eat after 7pm and i drink water alllllll day.
    Water actually helps you loes weight, and keeps down bloating. I personally hate water so i squeeze half a lime or lemon into the cup so i can stand the taste.. its fantastic...
    In between 7-8 pm i walk and listen to my IPOD... I get some alone time and get a lot of thinking done...
    Please Please PLease dont do those diet plans with the shakes and bars and such. They are full of hidden sugars and are NOT meant for meal replacement... The less you eat in a day, the lower you metabolism becomes... eat "snack" like meals during the day and a little bigger dinner... Its the only way to lose weight and be healthy while doing it...
    Ive tried other diet plans but just the good food and excercise os the only thing that EVER worked and KEPT working....You wouldnt believe the difference i felt even emotionally after just a few days of doing this... I had much more energy and after the first two weeks of getting into a routine, you dont have to convince yourself to keep going, your body and mind kind of adjust to it and it becomes natural.
    But dont give up honey, the results will come faster than you think, and they will STAY!!!
