    ok,you know those machines you stand on and they vibrate to target your muscles and tone them.
    ok well
    what if I do this plan for a week..below:::
    NUTRITIONAL DIET
    drink a protein shake in the morning/fat stripping muscle building shake.
    after excersise eat small amounts of vegies all throughout day

    EXCERSISE
    stand on this machine and do:
    100 bell squats..(holding weight lifting bar obove shoulders and doing leg squats)
    100 crunches (sitting on the vibrating machine doing crunches)
    10 minutes walking and runnning (for cardio)
    ok so if I do this for a week what will happen you think?
    and if i do this for a week,what will happen
    I have an idea since i made the excersise/diet program up,but I rekon advice and comments are always better than just my individuel perspective.

    After a week you may see some results and your muscles will probably be sore but after a month, you should definitely feel and see some good results.

    I think it could, but u should always have a doc to consult with. Also don't starve your self.

    You will see good results. But add in 2-4 meals (small) with some protein and complex carbs things like chicken and bread would be good, or pasta with lowfat sauce- don't starve yourself and only eat veggies!
    I'm sure if you follow my advice but don't overeat junk you will lose inches within a month or two.

    1)those machines are nonsense.
    2) in a week,not a lot will happen but you might get injured after a few weeks.

    Thats a good idea but dont tire yourself out. :) I like the exercises. For the protien drink I recommend Special K protien water, has alot of different flavors and help you loose weight^^

    My girlfriend tried all sorts of different diets and products, most without success. Her friend let her try out a new Acai Berry product she was using and she now swears by it.

    You will lose weight but this is not a realistic long term solution you need to lay out an eating plan that you can stick to long term or you will just pile the weight back on!
    My advise:
    Eat a good breakfast of muesli, dried fruits and yogurt- this will give you a good nutritional start to the day and the energy to do your exercise routine ( this will also keep you full for a good half of the day!)
    Reduce your squats and crunches and up your cardio workout to at least 30 Min's.
    Snack on raw veggies, nuts, fruit, salads during the day
    also leave your protein shake till after your workout as the protein is necessary for the rebuilding of muscles that you want to tone up with
