U can buy fresh lettuce and make your own salads the way u like them and if u get tired of salads there is a variety of microwave foods that taste good like the healthy choice steamers meals. I can almost promise you that if u plan out your entire menu for each day you will eat healthier and probably less. If u plan what you will eat beforehand evey day you will probably find that fast food does not fit into your food schedule.
