    Okay so I have 6 weeks 6 days to lose 17 lbs!!! I am about 123-4 lbs and want to be 105-6 lbs!! Now I am not fat but if a gain weight I will get chubby. And I have consulted a doctor and he said 105 lbs would be okay for me to weigh.
    I will:
    Eat less, eat about 1300 cals a day
    Eat healthy, celery as a snack
    Drink pleanty of water
    Jog or power walk for an hour a day
    Walk the dog
    Jump rope
    Get pleanty of sleep
    And stay away from all fatty or processed foods
    Will this work?? Or will I just be waisting my time??

    Sounds fantastic!!!! Take a multi vitamin every day (suitable for your age), and make sure you eat at least 5 times a day (to keep the metabolism goin!) and stay between 1200 and 1500 calories a day! Eat whole wheats opposed to white bread whenever possible! (Remember, muscle weighs more than fat, so if you are going to be working out, take that into consideration!!) Good luck I bet you will do GREAT!!!! (((And if you find a way to send any of that motivation my way, please do!)))

    Hello. Do you eat fruit's?
    Stay away from FRUIT'S. Fruit's are high in sugars and will couse your Insinlen Lv to Sky rockit that you will not Lose 1 calorie. NOT 1. Becuse your body will be on overdrive on just trying to git red of the sugars in Fruits. Know we know Fruits are good for cleaning your body out. BUT win exercise 30minutes a day and Eating Fruits. You will git no ware.
    PUT More FIBER in your Diet.
    Running, Jogging, Cycling, Swimming, Dancing, Push Ups, Sit Ups, Squats, Brisk Walking and Power Walking all help for weight loss but dieting helps more.
