    im 289 5 ཇ and male....
    I ate a bowl of raisin bran then later I ate a fruit and walnut salad from mcdonalds and then I just ate a crab cake and a cup of yogurt and with some crushed raisin bran in it.
    I guess over the pass week ive been eating alot less and Im not even feeling hungry...:)
    Then I got on the treadmill for about 25 minutess
