    im 17 and 5 foot 4 i weigh 11st so i reli need to loose weight ive tried diets i just want pills now but i need to know side effects

    Well honestly pills may not work for you either (I know that isn???t what you want to hear, sorry). You have to work on your diet and exercise. Taking any sort of pill comes with its own risks but those really depend on each person and the pill in question.
