    I read somewhere that when you exercise everyday, your body adjust to the activity, and you don't lose as fast.

    There are 2 answers to your question.
    First I bring the good news: If you are exercising wisely ( good fitness plan)
    and you are following a well balanced calorie deficit meal plan, then yes working out More will help you get to your goal weight faster.
    Now for the bad news.
    If you follow a poorly designed exercise plan you may hurt your self or see no results.
    If you exercise with a good plan but eat crap, you will reap crap. Sorry to bring the bad news.
    But there are so many lies and scams on the market today I had to share both sides of the truth with you.

    I think a daily cardio workout will get the weight off faster. It's all about burning calories, and if you burn 300 calories in a certain workout, a month later the same workout will still burn 300 calories PROVIDED you are keeping your heart rate the same. If your body has become accumstomed to the exercise and your heart rate is not as high while you are doing the cardio, you need to do something to get it up again, like use arm weights or lift your legs higher, etc.

    You'll drop fat but you'll add muscle. So you may not "lose weight", but you will lose fat.

    something about exercise, depending on the kind you will be doing is that before you start loosing weight you will actually gain weight. Depending on what kind of exercise you are doing you may actually be gaining muscles which will cause your weight to be heavier..people don't need to worry about their weight so much but more be concerned about their fat ratio. You won't be able to loose pounds because the fat pounds you loose will be replaced with muscle pounds...unless you're really fat...then your weight gained from muscle might not weigh the same..but I think you get the point..?

    yea, as long as you dont eat a triple cheese burger with extra mayo and a large vanilla shake at 3 o'clock in the AM, you should be fine

    your information is incomplete.
    working out,weights- will help you tone up,possibly slim down, however, you will gain weight, because muscle weighs more than fat.
    if you exercise everyday, after 4-6 weeks you should plateau,meaning your body adjusted,and this means you must change your routine by increasing time or repetiton or weight or routine to see results like before.
