2006-12-03 14:06:28I was 121 lbs this morning.. it rather grossed me out. By new year, i wanna be 108. this is my week plan, tell me what you think?
On Monday, no breakfast, no lunch, going to the gym for an hour after school, eating tea. On tuesday: no breakfast, no lunch, no tea, trampolining club, burning 500 cals on ddr, rugby training. On wednesday: no breakfast, no lunch, pe practical all day for gcse mock exam, going to the gym for an hour after school, eating tea. On thursday: no breakfast, no lunch, badminton lesson at school, an hour of trampoline, 200 cals on ddr, eating tea. On friday: no breakfast, no lunch, swimming lengths at school, 2 hour gymnastics training after school, 2 hour home gymnastics practice, no tea. On saturday: no breakfast, no lunch, no tea, walking around in town alot. On sunday: no breakfast, no lunch, walking, ddr/gymnastics/trampoline or whatever, eating a small tea. Think il lose any weight? Let me know please!!

2006-12-03 16:55:30You are 15 years old for crying out loud! Please be a child. You are not over weight. You weight range should 114-127. Going under that you will be underweight. Do me a favor and stop watching TV. Actresses and Models are dying from being underweight. You really need to talk to someone you trust because your way of thinking can be the beginning of trouble.

2006-12-04 10:56:10That is the worst diet ever. Starving you body is not the way to diet. Try this: Hit the Gym at 6:00am trad mill for 30 mins, followed by some light weight exercises. Breakfast - a small bowl of fruit Muesli. Lunch - Tuna of chicken salad(no mayo try cottage cheese). Dinner: Poached Salmon with rice and some Mediterranean vegs. Do the other activities also and drink plenty of water. The weight will drop off.

2006-12-03 14:17:07Ya , and you wont make it through you workout on day 3 , WOW that is brave , you are so concerned about your looks how to you think youll look in a casket. You need to eat , try boiled chicken steamed veggies , hard boiled eggs, no yoke, fruits adn yogurts if you want a sweet fix and lots and lots of water . At least 8 glasses , but the more the better. If you dont eat your body will think you are starving and retain all your fat , you need to eat to burn. Also salads, w/ no drsg or salsa, or light , fat free drsg. Avoid , bread, potatoes and dairy

2006-12-03 14:24:50First off, being 5Ɗ" and 121 lbs is not overweight. Second, being 108 lbs is unrealistic. You are wanting to lose 13 in less than 4 weeks. You should never skip meals, or go without food for an entire day. It's not healthy and your body will not have fuel to keep you going. What you are doing is dangerous. You need to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. From what I can see you are active, and to be active you need to eat. If you don't eat your body will get its energy from your muscles.
Why do you want to lose this weight? Is it because of all these unhealthy skinny celebrities? They are dangerously underweight. Don't try to be like them. I don't have a photo of what you look like, but if you are built like I was (I am 5Ɗ" also) when I was younger you probably look great at 121 lbs. I know I did. Just accept that your body is at a weight where it is right, don't try to lose anymore weight. You are only going to do harm to yourself.
Plus, at first you won't lose weight by cutting out almost all food and excercising a lot. Your body will hoard the fat in your body for as long as it can because it's going into starvation mode. Your brain is telling your body to hold on to your fat, and to use your muscles for fuel. Eventually you will start to use up body fat, but by then you will have damaged organs in your body.
Stop doing what you are doing. If you want to lose weight, and I don't think you should be, go to your GP and get their evaluation first. The way to lose weight is to eat sensible meals, cut out junk food, sugary anything, but never skip meals. But please, do not do this, your health is at stake.

2006-12-03 14:19:30To be honest no, you need to eat less and to exercise, but this will make you tired and you will be ill. Try to cut down food, drink water before you eat. Aim to loose 2 lbs a week at most, that way it will not slow your metabolism.
Losing weight at christmas, when everyone is eating/drinking more sounds unlikely to work, be sensible enjoy your holiday and replace those lost meals with bowls of cereal.

2006-12-06 06:43:09You're being silly, even if you lose the weight as soon as you start eating again it'll all pile back on. At least eat breakfast for gods sake! How can you train at gym on an empty stomach? You are going to do more damage than good, if you want to cut out a meal, cut out dinner rather but eat breakfast (oats) and something for lunch.

2006-12-03 14:10:16yah, you'll probably lose weight but you wont do it the most healthy way...... you have to eat or else you will be dead tired and have no energy, and your metabolism needs food to burn in order to burn it..... drink plenty of water,and eat smaller portions, dont stop eating all together just eat smaller portions all together....... good luck i guess, youll kill yourself your way... not healthy at all

2006-12-03 14:20:45I think this will have u in hospital b4 xmas so have fun in there lol seriously r u mad? not eating at all jus causes illness. The only way to lose weight is thru a sensible healthy diet and exercise plan. This means always eating 3 meals especially breakfast as this actually helps to lose weight as it kick starts ur metabolism in the morning. You wont to be eating summat like porridge with fruit in for breakfast as this is a slow energy release food and stops u from feeling hungry and wanting to snack mid morning. Obviously no fat milk and no cream/ sugar etc on it. then for dinner a sandwich of salad or sliced lean meat on brown bread dont have loads of butter/ mayo etc on it as these arent healthy. For tea have a proper meal. But make it healthy, steamed chicken breast, new potatoes and salad. Have fruit and low fat yoghurts for snacks. Cut out fizzy pop and drink skimmed milk or water. THIS is the way to lose weight and do it properly obviously this needs to be combined with a healthy exercise program try asking ur pe teacher or visiting a gym and asking their opinion but make sure u follow their advice and dont push it thinking just half an hour extra or this will make u ill as well. As far as ur actual weight goes i work in stones so i aint sure whether u are actually over weight or whether ur target is sensible for ur figure so maybe u shud see a doctor to find out whether u r REALLY needing to lose weight Good luck hun and PLEASE be sensible and make sure u eat xx

2006-12-05 12:36:10Eat salad stuff. eat little and often, enough to feel a little hungry after, but enough to sustain your exercise regime. low carbs and high protein if and where possible. you'll notice that for thefirst couple of days your weight will rise by a couple of pounds, but after that initial load, it will shed quite quickly with the amount of exercise you wish t take. this is certainly not the best habit to pick up, but for the short term fix you'll be fine. say 4 to 8 weeks max.
