2006-05-31 16:15:35i lost 8 lbs in 2 weeks! it was easy for me because every time i took a bite i wrote it down! i limited myself to 1000 calories per day which is very unsafe! but i only ate untill barely satisfied and was sure to burn atleast 200 extra calories per day... swimming is easy on the joints!
