    i hear that 3-5 days of cardio is the average amount for weightloss
    (along with a 1200-1500 diet).
    Is it bad to do cardio everyday? If i also eat 1500 calories on those days?

    I when I did 6 days I seemed to gain more, just because I was gaining muscle. Everyone needs at least 30 minutes of Cardio a day and thats for normal people. Thats my opinion.
