2006-11-28 15:59:58you won't loose weight with just a diet, you need to exercise along with it.start with short walks, even up and down the driveway a few times a day is a start,if you have access to a swimming pool that also is a good way to start, just walking laps and after awhile you will be surprised at your abilities

2006-11-28 15:55:52I think "stop eating fatty" was a stupid answer. Why bother answering at all? With any diet, you should 1st check w/your doctor. You cannot skip a meal - you have to eat 3-8 times a day. The 8 times being small portions and you have to exercise some - the best being walking and the worse "wading in the swimming pool". Wading doesn't do a thing for you except make you feel insecure in a bathing suit. Put on those earplugs, turn up the sound and strut around town. While you're there, find yourself a walking mate. Guaranteed to take off at least 10 lbs a month.

2006-11-28 16:02:01You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.
