2008-01-13 21:33:29I am a single mother of two, full time student, and have a part time job. I can never find the time to eat healthy and/or exercise. I enjoy walking in the summer, but unfortunatley where i live...half of the year is below 0! I am always tired when i get home and just want to lay around! I know that people who have a healthy life style have more energy...but how do i get to that point??

2008-01-15 22:13:01You can train your body to burn more fat. And it's easy. Any aerobic style exercise will do it. Walking is the absolute best exercise for working off fat and gaining fitness. It's easy and it's free. More people shed their excess kilos and maintain their goal weight through taking up a regular walking routine than by any other means
