Answer:LA weight loss Meal plan
2007-06-26 10:41:17I was on LA Weight Loss and it really did work, but once I stopped using their LA Lites (they were VERY expensive) snack bars I stopped loosing the weight at the rate I had been loosing it. I was working out and doing everything LA Weight Loss told me to do except use their LA Lites and their suppliments and I began to gain weight. I stopped doint the LA Weight Loss plan, but I learned a TON from it. You have to have portion control, you have to restrict your calories, eat more fruits and veggies, and less meats (proteins) and just a little good fat each day. You need to drink water lots of water and give up sodas and kool aids and even high calorie juices. You need to get moving. Walking 30 mins a day is a great way to get exercise. You don't need to spend a ton of money on these plans to make it work. I'm currently loosing weight by doing everything on my own, I eat less, but more often (usually 3 small meals and 2 snacks a day). I drink water and tea (tea is my little indulgence), I walk daily. If its raining or too hot to go outside I walk up and down the stairs to my basement for an hour. My butt and legs burn after doing that, but I feel great. I hope that this has helped and if you want some ideas from my LA Weight Loss books just email me....i think i still have some great recipes, I also have a few easy weight watchers recipes that are good too. Good luck to you!!

2007-06-26 13:27:13I can give you a day in Nutrisystem world without the Nutrisystem food, it will seem overwelming at first, but if you write it down and get some basics you can do it with NO problem!
Breakfast:
Keep it around 150 calories (Special K High Protein Cereal w/ 1/2 c. Fat Free Milk.
Snack:
Fruit & Dairy OR Protein Serving - I have either a fruit or V8 Fusion Light and a Light String Cheese.
(Protein Serving should be under 80 cal. - less than 3g. of Fat - and at least 8g. protein.)
Lunch:
Keep it around 170-190 calories. The more protein the better. I like Luna Bars, or you could find the frozen meals that fit into the calories.
Salad
Dairy or Protein Serving - I have 1/2 c. Fat Free Cottage Cheese on my salad and don't have to use any dressing.
2 tbs. Fat Free Dressing (if desired)
Snack:
Fruit & Dairy or Protein Serving
Dinner:
Keep it between 220 - 280 calories. (Frozen meals or make your own and keep portions under control)
2 servings of Vegetables (can use V8)
Salad or Fruit: Your choice here.
Fat: A fat serving can be things like Mayo- 1tsp., Peanut Butter- 1 tsp., Olives- 5 Large, or you could have regular salad dressing- 1 tbs.
Dessert: Keep this around 120 calories and the more protein the better.
I have lost 16 lbs. in a month and a half and am on my way to be skinny by Christmas! It really is easier than it seems!
Good Luck to you!
