My aunt has done the LA weight loss program and it has done wonders for her. (She no longer does it and lost the meal plan) I was thinking of doing it too but it's to expensive and i'm broke. Can someone please tell me or e-mail me the meal plan please?

It basically allows you a certain number of carbs, proteins, fat, dairy, fruit, and vegetables per day
It then gives a list of what constitutes a carb, protein, etc.
