    Decrease your calories by 500 per day for each pound you wish to lose per week as one pound of fat equals 3500 calories. Do not go below 1200 per day.
    try decreasing your carb intake as unused carbs turn to fat. ( wholemeal rice, pasta and bread is better).
    Drink plenty of water- fat comes out in your wee. If you do not drink enough your body will retain the weight.
    Increase your exercise. 3 trips to the gym a week should work

    Basically, to loose weight you need to burn more energy then you absorb, so you need to eat ess then you burn up. If you eat a lot of crap, and do a lot of excercise, you will either stay the same or put on weight, but if you eat healthy and do no excercise, you will also stay the same. You need a combination of healthy diet and excercise to loose weight.
