2009-01-19 09:23:18Definately proportion. You can eat anything you want in moderation and still loose weight. Insted of eating big dinners, rather eat big breakfasts so you can work it off during the day insted of right before bed. And/Or eat 5-6 small meals/snacks during the day. Proportion is key to wight loss.
