    If I drink two 250 calorie 8 oz bottles a day plus one green meal consisting of salad and some meat protein. How much weight should I expect to lose in a month. My starting weight is 200 pounds and my height is 5Ɗ. I have a BMI of 34 so i'm obese. It's a temporary solution and I know its not the best just wondering if anyone has lost from this method.
