It also contains up to 200,000 dead bacteria per ml, chards of crushed amino acids that cause allergic reactions in the body and produces homocystines. The 1% milk is made by taking out all the butterfat and since the milk is then blue, they add powdered milk to it and a small amount of butter fat then homogenize it. This crushes the butterfat cells, creating the foreign amino acid problem.
The yogurt, like yoplait, has 27 grams of sugar in it. If you eat 17 of these, you will be eating 1 pound of sugar. The sugar in that is converted to glucose that typically goes to fat.
You need to do some reading. Don't listen to those so called "food experts" that are nothing more than "hired guns" of the food industry all dressed up to look like they know what they are doing, but are just put there by the marketing armies of the food industry to sell you dead, disgusting food.
Eliminate all Soft drinks from your diet. The phosphoric acid in those, deplete your body of calcium. Don't take ascorbic acid either, that depletes your body of calcium. Make sure you get enough salt in your diet because that is how your body makes HCL that lowers your pH of your stomach so you can digest calcium. Don't take antacids, that destroys your ability to digest calcium.
To get really good quality calcium, I suggest going to:

in tea or hot chocolate have skimmed milk and if you get hungry have a low fat or fat free yoghurt.
if your trying to lose weight then its best to not drink very much caffine aswell
